A legal disclaimer
The refund and complaint policy of Meagan's Magic Maids is intended to clearly define the rights and responsibilities of clients regarding service dissatisfaction. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree that all complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence, to be considered valid. Complaints submitted after this period will not be eligible for compensation, re-cleaning, or other corrective measures.
Meagan's Magic Maids makes no guarantees regarding outcomes of non-refundable services, including pre-existing damage, stains, odors, or results affected by conditions beyond our control. All determinations and resolutions provided under this policy are final and binding. Clients waive any right to dispute decisions outside the scope of this policy. This disclaimer and the refund policy are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada.
Refund Policy
All complaints regarding completed cleaning services must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Submissions must include dated photographs clearly documenting the concern. Complaints received after this 48-hour period will not be eligible for compensation, re-cleaning, or any complimentary corrective measures. Any resolutions provided are at the sole discretion of Meagan's Magic Maids, and no refunds or adjustments will be issued without proper documentation and adherence to this policy.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to: stain or odor removal, pre-existing damage, wear and tear, and results impacted by conditions beyond our control (e.g., permanent discoloration, structural issues, or improper maintenance). Clients acknowledge that no guarantee is made for these services, and no refunds, re-cleans, or compensation will be provided under these circumstances.

Final Decision

All determinations made by Meagan's Magic Maids regarding complaints, refunds, or service disputes are final and binding. By engaging our services, clients agree to abide by our assessment and any resolutions offered.
