Legal Disclaimer for Our Cleaning Service

Meagan's Magic Maids provides cleaning services with the highest standards of care and professionalism. While every effort is made to deliver quality results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or damage. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any pre-existing conditions, fragile items, or areas requiring special care prior to service. Meagan's Magic Maids is not liable for damages caused by undisclosed conditions, normal wear and tear, or the use of standard cleaning products and methods. Services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and we reserve the right to refuse service where unsafe or unsuitable conditions are present.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $45 late cancellation fee. This policy allows us to respect our team’s time and ensure availability for all clients.

Payment for all services is due within 48 hours of completion. Invoices will be issued promptly following service, and we kindly ask that clients ensure payment is made within this timeframe. Late payments may be subject to a $25 fee and could impact future booking privileges.

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
